We deal principally with our own books, and are not a bookstore. Nevertheless, we sometimes acquire used books and journals related to the subjects covered on the CONDOR TALES website, and we will offer them for sale on this page. The listings will change regularly, so, if you are in the market, bookmark the site and come back every month or so. Our selling philosophy: we like money, but are not necessarily out to make it from used book sales. We try to price our books competitively, and charge postage based on the size and weight of the individual books. The prices below have the postage costs included.
To purchase books off this page: (1) Contact us to assure that the book is available; (2) Tell us that you definitely want it, and we will put it on hold for you for two weeks; and (3) Pay electronically through PayPal or send a check made out to Sanford R. Wilbur [at 4367 S. E. 16th Street, Gresham, OR 97080] for the purchase price [in U. S. dollars]. Purchasers from Canada or other non-U. S. sites should contact us for postal rates to their area. [For anyone ordering more than one book that will be sent in the same package, we will reduce the total mailing costs accordingly.]
NOTE: These books are all pre-owned or "shop-worn," and while every copy is "good," they show some degree of wear.

This a scholarly but very entertaining true story of a fascinating
man. There is much more to his life than the traitorous few years
we learn about in school. Our copy is very good, in its original
very good dust jacket. It includes photos, maps, index, and bibliography.

& His World. Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania Press.
Hardcover, with dust jacket. 371 pages. ISBN 0-8122-3546-0. $18.00.
Charles Bonaparte, a relative but not a descendent of the famed

This is first biography written of him, and is full of natural

book. Ours is a former library book, but there are only three
small library stamps on the book, and none of the usual defacements.
It is clean and well-bound, and includes illustrations, chapter
notes, bibliography and index.
