PAYMENT - Payment for 1-3 books should be included with your order. Larger orders are payable within 30 days of receipt of billing invoice. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.
SHIPPING - Books are shipped by U. S. Postal Service
"book rate" unless otherwise requested, so could take
3-4 weeks to be delivered [although they don't, usually]. Please
enclose $3.00 for the first book, and $0.75 for each additional
book [$0.50 per additional book for orders of ten or more copies].
If First Class shipment is desired, for all books except "A Bride's Touch," please enclose $7.50 for the first book, $0.75 for each additional copy [$0.50 per additional book for orders of ten or more copies]. For "A Bride's Touch," enclose $9.50 for the first book, $0.75 for each additional copy.
shipments to canada: For single copies sent "book rate" to Canada, please include postage of $7.00 U. S. . For larger orders or priority service, or for shipments to other countries, please contact us.
BOOK RETURNS
FROM RE-SELLERS - If books
bought in multiple copy orders have not sold between nine months
and one year of the publisher's invoice date, you may return them
to us for full refund of your original purchase price. [Single
copies purchased as special orders may not be returned.] This
offer is subject to the following stipulations:
(1) All books returned must arrive at SYMBIOS in good, resaleable
condition. In other words, they must leave you without excessive
signs of shelf wear, stains, tears, etc., and must be packed so
as to reach us in the same good condition.
(2) You must request permission to return books, so we
may issue any specific directions for packing and shipping.
(3) Returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original packing
slip showing original price paid and discount received. Otherwise,
it will be assumed that books were discounted at 50%.
(4) You are responsible for the costs of shipping back to us.
